The beginning of eating is a ceremony in which a baby feeds a baby with a wish so that the child will not bother with the food for a lifetime.
It is generally performed on the 100th to 120th day after birth when milk teeth begin to grow. A chef with experience in Japanese cuisine will be in charge.
