The earth

Vegetables and herbs just harvested from the field. There are plenty of ingredients in Riviera dishes that feel the smell of the earth. That is what we grew up in our own organic vegetable garden. We made soil by recycling organic farming, sowed seeds, watered them, and watched them until the season. The whole staff is involved in the vegetable garden because we want to add our appreciation of nature to our dishes and deliver them to our customers. Freshly picked vegetables will also color the table today.
