Pesticide-free vegetables and herbs available at Riviera restaurants.It is a sound-cycle farming in-house vegetable garden that all employees have cultivated with great care.By feeling the seasons with my own skin and cultivating and harvesting the soil with my own hands, I became more thankful for the ingredients and improved my communication skills when serving food to customers.Currently, we are promoting SDGs centered on the three axes of "environment," "education," and "health and medical care," but these are not independent of each other.Taking this in-house vegetable garden as an example, while working on safe and secure'food', using farming methods that consider the'natural environment', it also leads to'cultivation' of human resources who will lead the future of the restaurant industry. ..From a long-term and future perspective, we find a wide range of issues from a single initiative and continue to move toward achieving goals in various fields.To provide better services to our customers and society.To improve the existence value of the company and aim for the growth of the group.And with the flag of creating a prosperous future in which people and nature coexist, contributing to the realization of a sustainable society is the sustainability of the Riviera.
