Qualification	1. Boats that have a valid boat certificate on the day of the race and are approved by the race committee. 2. Boats must have yacht insurance with valid coverage on the day of the race. 3. IRC class is for boats that have a valid IRC certificate, and ORC class is for boats that have a valid ORC certificate.
Classification	1. Divide into OPEN class, IRC class, and ORC class. Please be sure to indicate which class you would like to attend when you register.
