Riviera's first art exhibition and sales event
The Riviera Art Fair will be held for the first time from August 5th to August 7th at Riviera Tokyo (Ikebukuro), a lush urban forest that will make you forget you are in the city center.
At this exhibition and sales event, by interacting directly with artists, we were able to incorporate art into our daily lives and have the joy of discovering "sustainable" treasures that can be cherished and inherited for a lifetime. Additionally, as part of the "Riviera Future Creation Project," which places emphasis on community contribution and education, we provided a venue for presentations by art students aiming to become professionals, and supported young artists who will lead the next generation of art. A total of 60 artists (including students) participated, including comedian Jimmy Onishi. The visitors thoroughly enjoyed the Riviera Tokyo, which was decorated with one-of-a-kind pieces of art that were full of the individuality of each artist.
Experience art from various perspectives
At this art fair, in addition to workshops such as kokedama art and embroidery where you can learn from models, celebrities such as actress Meiko Nakamura, make-up artist Hiromi Yamamoto, and Toshima Ward Mayor Yukio Takano will be holding workshops. A talk show will also be held. We enjoyed hearing valuable stories that you would not normally be able to hear directly.
The Riviera Group will continue to strive for cultural exchange and social contribution through art.
