On January 2020 Sun., 19, "3rd Zushi Marina Pet Festa" was held.
In fact, this festival was originally scheduled to be held last year on October 12th Sat. However, the event was canceled due to the outbreak of Typhoon No. 19, which caused great damage in various areas. Perhaps due to the increasing expectations for the postponement of the event, the Riviera officials were determined to "do it within the fiscal year no matter what!", and in a complete turnaround from the day before the sleet, Sagami Bay was closed on the day of the event. Clear skies from early morning. More than 1,500 customers and an estimated 2,500 dogs (including some cats and others) gathered together at Riviera Zushi Marina, estimated to be close to 1,5 dogs (accompanied by an average of XNUMX dogs per reception visitor).
The sound of a small dog echoing through the quiet harbor area, where only yachting personnel are normally allowed to enter. Children cheered as they looked up at the bottom of the yacht hanging in the hanger.
At the poolside special venue, pets and their owners can play freely under the gentle sea breeze, pet lovers can interact with each other, and the desire to become foster parents for animals in need of owners and abandoned dogs and cats is being held. We see this as an event where people meet new people - something that can only be done on the Riviera with its marina.

Exhibition and sale by pet-related companies that agreed with the purpose of the event. There are also many bargains. We would like to thank each company for their cooperation!

Lunch with your pet. A special menu will be delivered outdoors from the kitchen of Ristorante AO. Of course, hygiene management is perfect.

The Riviera Marche Bread Festival, which was held by six locally popular bakeries, was also a great success.

A talk show between Kanagawa Prefecture Governor Kuroiwa, Aya Sugimoto, and Nabeyakan.
There are also touching secret stories that will make you feel warm.
Because it's a heavy theme
thoroughly enjoyable
"Zushi Marina Pet Festa" is a project to support Kanagawa Prefecture's efforts to continuously achieve "zero culling" of dogs and cats, and to support people who are working on steady activities in cooperation with the prefecture's efforts. This is what started.
The themes raised are serious, and they are not issues that can be solved by a single event. However, in order to gain the sympathy and participation of as many people as possible, this one-day event must be thoroughly enjoyable. That's why we worked hard to create content that participants and their pets could truly enjoy.
``If you could join a lot of stars...'' ``How about enjoying a luxurious lunch with your pet?'' ``Since you're going to come to the marina, I think you should enjoy the boat as well.'' "Even though it's a charity, it's a high hurdle to call for donations. If we're going to raise money with Charine and One Coin, I think even the children will be able to participate..."
The Midwinter Pet Festival brought smiles to the faces of everyone who attended, thanks to the wisdom of everyone involved and the sweat of the on-site management staff. This is also part of Riviera's ``creating the future.''
