Located about 60 minutes from the city center, the Riviera Zushi Marina has an appealing location reminiscent of an overseas resort. With its blue sea, lush green gardens all year round, 800 palm trees, and a variety of spaces, it has been used as a location for many movies, TV shows, commercials, and music videos. The Riviera Zushi Marina is also unique in that it allows offshore filming on the harbor or on boats.
Not only is it a popular filming location, but it is also a popular music venue, where many artists have performed since the summer live event by Matsutoya Yumi in 1983, captivating fans. The "ZUSHI FES" (pictured right) was a huge hit for seven years from 2007, mainly among people in their 7s and 20s. People enjoyed the summer festival in their own way, whether it was enjoying music in the pool in their swimsuits or relaxing by the poolside while feeling the pleasant sea breeze. In addition to outdoor live events, salon concerts of classical and jazz music are held in the banquet hall, where performances can be performed with the sea as a backdrop, and visitors can enjoy a moment of intoxication with music against the fantastic crimson-hued scenery.

Yuming period
A concert by the sea, with singing voices echoing through the summer night sky
Yumi Matsutoya's "SURF & SNOW" concert has been held at the Riviera Zushi Marina since 1983. The concert, which has been held 17 times in total, has become a summer tradition. The concert was held near the sea with the audience seated by the pool, and it was also talked about for its many groundbreaking performances, such as dynamic performances on the pool that had never been seen before.
Dinner shows are booming
Indoor Live at "Crystal Villa"
Since the opening of the poolside "Crystal Villa" in 2004, concert dinners have been held inside the venue. The live performance by Masaki Ueda and saxophonist Chika Asamoto had an impressive, mature atmosphere, playing numbers perfect for a summer evening.
We also had many artists perform at our Christmas dinner shows and live events.
Zushi Festival
Japan's only resort-style outdoor music event, "Zushi Festival" will be held
"ZUSHI FES" was held from 2007 to 2015. Since 2010, it has been organized by MTV and has become popular as the only "resort-style outdoor music event" in Japan where you can dance while swimming. Many artists have experienced the stage at Riviera Zushi Marina. The palm tree-lined and open space is so beautiful that even now, performing artists say they want to do it again, and this has led to participating artists shooting music videos at Riviera Zushi Marina.

Starting in 2014, Shonan Beach FM and Riviera will be co-hosting live jazz and classical concerts.
The style of the venue, where artists and audiences alike enjoy music while watching the spectacular sunset, is highly praised by artists and is characterised by a high repeat rate.
A new style of music event
Live streaming started during the COVID-19 pandemic
In 2020, amid the COVID-XNUMX pandemic, the venue has been used as a venue for live streaming, starting with a live performance by Yuzo Kayama. In addition to being an outdoor venue with ample space for poolside and party use, the venue is also attracting attention for its content that can accommodate a variety of live streaming events, as it is a place where various scenes can be captured from various angles.
