Our Suzhou cuisine has a history of 260 years, dating back to the Qing Dynasty.
We also offer Shanghainese cuisine unique to this area. It is characterized by simple seasoning that brings out the flavor of the ingredients, and there are few extremely spicy dishes, making it popular as being easy to eat for everyone.
