All rooms are suites
luxury hotel

We are proceeding with plans to build a modest resort hotel in a corner of the Riviera Zushi Marina, which has a site of 16 square meters. This is a ``small luxury hotel'' that is all suites, with 3000 rooms of different types each over 50 square meters in size.
Until now, there have been few accommodations in the Shonan, Kamakura, and Miura Peninsula areas, and although they have attracted many tourists from Japan and abroad, most of them have made day trip schedules and moved to overnight stays in Yokohama or Hakone. Due to the short residence time, visitors were not able to fully experience the charm of the area, and the economic impact on the local area was also weak.
If a hotel is built at Riviera Zushi Marina, a full-fledged stay resort will be born in a prime location 50 minutes from central Tokyo. ``The closest resort to the city center.''
We have been developing businesses such as marinas, resort clubs, bridal, restaurants and cafes, sports and spas, and resort condominium brokerage in this area for many years, and now that the shape of a ``complex comprehensive resort'' has been established in both name and reality, we are finally ready to start a new business. A door will be opened.

Embodying “coexistence with nature”
EV battery system

A harbor lined with cruisers and yachts. Spectacular views of Enoshima and Mt. Fuji across Sagami Bay. At this new hotel, you can enjoy a blissful time while enjoying the sea breeze on the spacious terrace of your room. This hotel is sure to embody our group's philosophy of ``enjoying a spiritually enriching time with nature.'' However, the ``symbiosis with nature'' that this new hotel embodies is not just about the scenery.
This hotel will introduce a system that utilizes EV (electric vehicle) batteries in anticipation of the coming electric vehicle society. Not only will company vehicles be EVs, but during times of peak power consumption, some of the in-house power will be supplied from the car's batteries, contributing to peak cuts. We also aim to make the hotel resilient to disasters by using it as an emergency power source in the event of a disaster.
A prosperous future lies in living in harmony with nature - we aim to be a hotel that embodies the Riviera Group's philosophy.

Commitment to safe “food”
Attracting famous overseas stores

Another topic for the new hotel is ``commitment to food.'' ``Riviera Circular Farming'', which was started to deliver safe and secure ingredients, is committed to SDGs and organic vegetables are grown by employees. The first overseas store of a well-known restaurant with a strong affinity for this commitment will open within this hotel.
Along with the existing Ron Herman Cafe and Ristorante AO, Riviera Zushi Marina will become a seaside town with a diverse food culture.

Contributing to regional revitalization,
bring people together around the world

The hotel's grand opening is scheduled for early fall next year. From now on, we will proceed with construction and preparations for opening at a rapid pace. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to condominium owners and other users, and ask for your understanding. We are confident that this plan will contribute to regional revitalization and will ultimately satisfy all owners.
Ahead of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics, Riviera Zushi Marina has been hosting the Spanish team as a training camp since August 20th. We would like to take this opportunity to develop this area into a place that attracts inbound tourists from all over the world.
This 11-room "Small Luxury Hotel" will help you take that first step.
