We held a sustainability event "LOVE OCEAN". This event began in December 2021 at three beaches (Kamakura City, Zushi City, and Hayama Town) as a large-scale event of the ``Riviera Beach Clean'' that volunteer Riviera employees conduct every month on Zaimokuza Beach.

The Riviera Art Fair will be held for the first time from August 5th to August 7th at Riviera Tokyo (Ikebukuro), a lush urban forest that will make you forget you are in the city center.

Trans-Sagami Yacht Race

The "Trans-Sagami Yacht Race 48" was held on August 2022, a 7-mile race across Mo Bay from the coast of Shimoda, Shizuoka Prefecture to the mouth of Koajiro Bay in Miura, Kanagawa Prefecture. Although it was canceled last year due to the coronavirus pandemic, it will be held for the 2th time in two years due to strong demand from yacht racers.

For the first time in three years, we have had a summer without restrictions. At Riviera Zushi Marina, where you can enjoy the pool, sea, and sunset, we held various events in the open outdoors under the title "Summer Marina 3" so that you can enjoy the resort summer without any worries.

``Riviera Tokyo'' celebrated its 72nd anniversary in front of Rikkyo University in Ikebukuro, and I joined the restaurant ``Hakuunkaku'', which is a step forward from that, in 1981 and have been working there for 40 years. During my first year at the company, I worked hard while studying, taking courses at Rikkyo University, which was right in front of me.
