As we have previously reported, the Riviera Group is working on a full-scale restoration of the British-built wooden sailing ship "Synara" at the Riviera Seabornia Marina special dock in Miura Koajiro Bay, Kanagawa Prefecture.

Learn about the sea, taste the sea, experience the sea - The ``Connect with the Sea Program'' (sponsored by the Japan Maritime Academy, May to December), operated and supported by the Riviera Group, is a program for young people. This is “Sea Lesson”. Approximately 5 people are expected to participate this season.

We are proceeding with plans to build a modest resort hotel in a corner of the Riviera Zushi Marina, which has a site of 16 square meters. This is a ``small luxury hotel'' that is all suites, with 3000 rooms of different types each over 50 square meters in size.
