These guidelines have been developed to protect all members, guests, employees, and related staff who use the Riviera Resort Club from the risk of infection with the new coronavirus.
We will do our best to minimize the restrictions on your use, but we will operate after taking the following infection prevention measures based on these guidelines. At Riviera, which has the corporate philosophy of "living richly in harmony with nature," we will strive to ensure that you can spend quality time safely and securely.
We will revise this guideline from time to time based on the future infection status.

・When visiting, we ask for your cooperation in measuring the temperature and disinfecting your hands.
・Please install hand wash in all toilets in the building and ask for your help in hand washing and disinfection.
・Thank you for your cooperation in cough etiquette.
・Please refrain from entering the facility if any of the following applies.
[1] Those who have a cold symptom (sneezing or coughing) or a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher.
[2] Those with strong laxity (malaise) or breathlessness
[3] Cough, sputum, chest discomfort
[4] Others who have symptoms of possible infection with the new coronavirus
[5] There are family members and close friends who are suspected to be infected

・We are wearing masks at work. (Excluding some operations)
・All employees undergo a health checkup and temperature measurement when they come to work.
・If you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, contact a medical institution and ask for instructions.Also, after the symptoms subside, you will be asked to wait at home for 2 days.
・ An antiseptic solution is installed in the room, and regular disinfection is performed for places where many people frequently touch.
