This event will focus on the winter food culture of Northern Italy, with a five-course meal presented by Ristorante AO Zushi Marina's main chef, Keisuke Ogawa. Each dish will be paired with a wine carefully selected by a sommelier. This special lunch will allow you to experience with all five senses through food and wine the wisdom and culture unique to Northern Italy, which explores how to spend the cold season in a fulfilling way.
