Mission

Connecting the good old things and nature to the next generation (future)
nature positive

The business that the Riviera Group operates would not be possible without the blessings of nature. That is why we believe that we have a social mission to address various issues around the world as our own issues.
The Riviera Future Project, which began in 2006, involves all employees working on three themes: the environment, education, and well-being (healthcare and urban development), and is currently promoting the SDGs.
As part of this, since 2012, Riviera Zushi Marina has been working on sustainable town development, such as using solar power, completely eliminating plastic straws, beach clean-up activities, events for coexistence with pets, and recycling-based farming, under the banner of "Sustainability Town Riviera Zushi Marina." In addition, we are working to raise awareness of reducing CO2 emissions through activities to promote the use of electric vehicles. The Malibu Hotel is the first hotel in Japan to introduce a VXNUMXB (Vehicle to Building) system that can supply power from an electric vehicle to the hotel's front lights and outlets in the event of a disaster, aiming to be a hotel that is both eco-friendly and disaster-resistant.
In December 2020, we established the NPO Riviera Future Creation Project to further advance this social activity. In December 2024, we received approval as a Special Certified NPO from Kanagawa Prefecture. We will continue to play the role of a hub that connects people and organizations with each other, and will continue to take a wide range of steps.
