How far can I make a reservation for accommodation?

We accept reservations up to 6 months in advance, except for special periods.

Can I make a reservation for the day?

You can make a reservation by phone or from our website.
Please note that the room may already be full on the day of the event, so please make a reservation by phone or by checking the room availability in advance.

Can you specify the details such as the view?

Please contact the Reservation Section for details as it depends on the availability of the room and the type of room you are applying for.

Does the price vary depending on the number of guests?

Varies. If you are staying with 3 people, we will prepare an extra bed, so an additional charge of 12,100 yen (tax and service charge included) will be charged.In addition, if one of the three children is a preschooler and sleeps with their parents, it is free of charge.

Do you have an extra bed?

We will prepare it for 1 yen (tax and service charge included) per unit.
Please note that it may be supported on a sofa bed.

Do you have a handicap room?

Unfortunately, we do not have it.

Do you have a connecting room?

There is no connecting room available.

Can you smoke?

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, etc. in the guest room (including the terrace) and smoking of cigarette butts in the room are prohibited. For smoking, please use the designated smoking space outside the hotel.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 15 and check-out is at 11 hours.
We may set different times for accommodation packages.

Do you accept waitlists?

You can wait for vacancies from your reservation on the official website.If there is a vacancy in the target plan and room type, we will notify you to the registered e-mail address.

Can I pay with a card? What cards can I use?

Only 2 rooms are available for dogs. Up to 10 small dogs weighing 2 kg or less are possible, and a charge of 1 yen (tax and service charge included) will be charged per night.The dog-friendly room is equipped with a dog footbath, dog towels, cages, toilet seats, trash cans, and dog dishes.We also have dog food and snacks, but if you have something you like, you can bring it with you.
As for restaurants, the Ristorante AO Zushi Marina and Malibu Farm Zushi Marina allow you to dine with your dog on the outdoor terrace.Also, at Ron Herman Cafe Zushi Marina, you can use the terrace seats only for desserts and drinks. (The use of terrace seats may be suspended depending on the weather. In that case, we will not allow you to accompany the restaurant.)
If you make a reservation at least 4 days before your stay, you can prepare a Japanese dinner in your room.

Is there a parking lot?

We have a private outdoor parking space for up to 4 cars.
Please note that when the car is full, we will guide you to the Zushi Marina parking lot free of charge.

It is available from 11:00 to 19:00.Enjoy the fresh taste of Malibu Farm Zushi Marina's local ingredients.We also have a special Japanese set meal for breakfast and dinner.Please make a reservation in advance as the number is limited.

What happens at breakfast time?

Guests can enjoy at Malibu Farm Zushi Marina from 8:00 to 10:00.

Do you have a business center or fitness center?

Unfortunately, we do not have it.
Copies and faxes are available at the reception.

Can I send my luggage by courier in advance?

Fill in the name of the representative of the reservation, the name of the sender of the package, and the check-in date, and send it to the address below. It will be kept in a safe place until the customer arrives.

Malibu Farm Zushi Marina is open from 8:00 to 20:00 for guests only (last order 19:00).
The Ristorante AO Zushi Marina Captains Bar is open from 11:30 to 21:00 (last order 19:30).

What are the precautions when using the restaurant?

Room wear, slippers, and swimwear provided in the guest rooms are not allowed outside the guest rooms.
Also, please refrain from exposing tattoos and tattoos.
