When did you book your accommodation? How far can you go?

Accommodation reservations will start from 2019 January 1th Tue. 26:11 XNUMX.
We accept reservations up to 6 months in advance, except for special periods.

Can I make a reservation for the day?

You can make a reservation by phone or from our website.
Please note that the room may already be full on the day of the event, so please make a reservation by phone or by checking the room availability in advance.

Can you specify the details such as the view?

Please contact the Reservation Section for details as it depends on the availability of the room and the type of room you are applying for.

Does the price vary depending on the number of guests?

Varies. An extra bed of 3 yen (excluding tax) will be charged for an extra bed for 10,000 people. There is no charge for one of the three children who is a preschooler and is sharing a bed with their parents.

Do you have an extra bed?

We will prepare it for ¥ 1 (consumption tax / service charge not included) per unit.
Please note that sofa beds may be available.

Do you have a handicap room?

Unfortunately, we do not have it.

Do you have a connecting room?

There is no connecting room available.

Can you smoke?

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, etc. in the guest room (including the terrace) and smoking of cigarette butts in the room are prohibited. For smoking, please use the designated smoking space outside the hotel.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

We may set different times for accommodation packages.

Only one room is available for dogs. Only one small dog weighing 1 kg or less is possible.
¥ 1 (tax excluded) per night. The Dog Friendly Room has the following facilities: Dog foot wash area, gauge, wet tissue, toilet seat, trash can, dog-only dish. We also provide dog food and snacks, but if you have something you like, you can bring it in.

Is there a parking lot?

We have a private outdoor parking space for up to 4 cars.
Please note that we will guide you to the Riviera Zushi Marina outdoor parking lot free of charge when it is full.

Guests can eat at MALIBU FARM Restaurant from 7:00 to 10:00.

Do you have a business center or fitness center?

Unfortunately, we do not have it.
Copies and faxes are available at the reception.

Can I send my luggage by courier in advance?

Fill in the name of the representative of the reservation, the name of the sender of the package, and the check-in date, and send it to the address below. It will be kept in a safe place until the customer arrives.

MALIBU FARM Restaurant is open from 7:00 to 22:00 for guests only (last order 21:00).
Ristorante AO is from 11:30 to 21:30 (last order 20:00).

What are the precautions when using the restaurant?

Use of room wear, slippers and swimwear provided in the guest room is not permitted.
Exposure of tattoos and tattoos is prohibited in the entire Zushi Marina area.

Can you produce a celebration?
