Protecting the abundance of Sagami Bay
Towards a decarbonized society

Through research and investigation into blue carbon (the fixation of carbon dioxide by marine organisms), we aim to clarify the relationship and interaction between the marine environment and climate change.
We will carry out activities that contribute to the protection and conservation of the marine environment, and will also raise interest in the ocean, especially among children.
In collaboration with educational institutions such as universities and local governments, we will acquire knowledge about marine life and the marine environment and disseminate information about the concept of marine conservation.
