【Guidance】
・Please contact us by 18:00 on the Saturday of the previous week for both reservation deadline and cancellation. In case of cancellation, we will refund the amount paid minus the system fee.

②9/21-22 held⇒9/14 Sat. 18:00
・If you cancel after the cancellation acceptance date, we will charge a 100% cancellation fee.
・You cannot bring in food or drinks.
In case of rain, the event will be held indoors and chefs will prepare freshly grilled food for each table.
・Please note that the event may be canceled due to force majeure such as natural disasters or bad weather.
・We will not compensate for travel expenses, accommodation expenses, etc. due to cancellation.
・Staff will be taking photos and videos at the venue, and you may be captured in them. Please note that these photos and videos may be posted on Riviera's social media, advertising materials, and websites, as well as in media introducing the event (TV, websites, magazines, etc.).
