This year's "RIVIERA Christmas 2023" will deliver fresh seafood from our network with fishing ports that we have cultivated over our 70-year history.We offer a full course of seasonal ingredients using the skillful techniques that have been passed down since the days of the Japanese restaurant Hakuunkaku.During dinner time, we offer live jazz music, which was popular last year.

Introducing the performer
Mumon Toyama (piano)
Graduated from Osaka University of Arts, Department of Music.He studied under Masataka Matsutoya.
Major debut from CBS/SONY with KAZZIBA.
Recording and live performances by Melodie Sexton, Kiroro, ANRI, PinkLady, DEEN, Machiko Watanabe, etc. YachtBianco and Alter ego, an AOR unit with Lance Jyo who lives in Hawaii, are also active.
Kaori Fujita (saxophone)
Graduated from Senzoku Gakuen College of Music, Jazz Department.
Studied saxophone with Seiichi Nakamura (Yosuke Yamashita Group) and Seiji Tada (Komasa Hino Group, Phil Woods, etc.).He learns jazz theory and improvisation techniques.He participated in live performances by bands such as the Stop Orquesta, FUNK Jazz Big Band TPO, and others.He is active all over the country regardless of genre.
