Precautions when traveling with pet dogs
At Riviera Zushi Marina, we aim to create a prosperous town where people and pets can coexist, welcoming not only dog lovers but also those who don't like dogs.
Please be considerate as there are people who are not good at animals and customers who have allergies in the hall.
All customers visiting the Riviera Zushi Marina are asked to comply with the following rules and take full responsibility for their safety and comfort.
■Please be sure to keep your dog on a lead while inside the venue. Also, please keep the lead short as long leads are dangerous.
(You can release the lead only when using DOGGY GARDEN. Please refer to the terms of use for using DOGGY GARDEN.)
In restaurants, do not allow pets on food tables.
■If you let your dog sit on a chair or sofa, place his/her favorite cafe mat on the chair.
■Please take care to prevent and dispose of excrement so as not to cause inconvenience to local residents. Also, if you mark something, please wash it off immediately with water.
■We recommend that you bring drinking water for your pet.
■There are some areas within the venue, such as indoor facilities, where pets cannot be brought in.
■Please note that pets that become aggressive towards people or other pets may be refused entry to the restaurant.
■Please make sure any pets you bring with you are vaccinated.
■If you are bringing a dog over 91 days old, please make sure to attach the rabies vaccination certificate and license tag in a visible place.
* Rabies occurs all over the world, except for a few countries including Japan.It is a terrifying zoonotic disease that cannot be cured once it develops, and many people die all over the world every year.According to the Rabies Prevention Law, dogs over 91 days old are required to be registered and to be vaccinated against rabies once a year.For details, please contact the local public health center.
■We cannot be held responsible for any accidents or troubles related to pets, so please discuss the matter between the parties involved.
In the unlikely event that trouble occurs in the venue, the parties concerned will be asked to deal with it.
■If your pet damages property on the premises, you may be required to pay compensation for the damage.
■Please refrain from taking photographs in restricted areas within Riviera Zushi Marina.
■The Malibu Hotel sign is made of precious wood with a history of 100 years. We strictly prohibit dogs from climbing onto the crate or taking photos inside the crate.
