Shooting essentials
If you are considering shooting at Riviera Zushi Marina, please check the following requirements.
In addition, we will respond flexibly according to the wishes of each company, so please feel free to contact us.
How to apply
- Please contact us by phone or email for the details of the shooting.
- Please fill in the necessary information on the "Riviera Zushi Marina Photography Application Form" and submit it at least 4 days before the shoot, along with supporting documents such as a proposal.
- For television, movie, etc. filming, please submit a proposal, script, storyboard, or other documents that clearly explain the content of the shoot along with the "Riviera Zushi Marina Filming Application Form" within one week of filming. The email address to which these documents should be sent is listed on the application form.
Shooting area
- It is a place within the facility and building that is deemed appropriate by the Company without any obstacles to security and traffic.
- In principle, Harbor Pier is a restricted area except when approved by the Company.
Shooting date and time
- Shooting hours are from 10:00 to 18:00. However, if you would like to shoot in the early morning or at night, please contact us separately.
- Photography inside the store and near the store entrance is outside business hours.
Shooting procedure
- The person in charge of filming must receive a filming permission armband at Riviera Plaza, and all filming personnel must wear the armband before starting work. After filming is complete, please return it to our staff.
- Our representative will be present at the shooting, please follow the instructions of the representative.
- Please park your vehicle in the designated location in the parking lot. (The time service of the parking fee will be reflected when paying the photography fee, so please present your parking card along with the photography permit armband before leaving the parking lot.)
- Please send the magazine and the completed work.
About shooting in the palm tree-lined area
Unauthorized photography on the road in the Riviera Zushi Marina is prohibited by the Road Traffic Act.
For shooting, please contact the following in advance and apply.
- Applying for permission to go to Riviera
* We may decline depending on the shooting location, shooting content, and the situation on the day. - Apply for road use permission to the Traffic Division of Zushi Police Station
- Contact the Zushi Film Commission Secretariat
Depending on the content, it may be necessary to apply for a road occupancy permit to Zushi City at least 20 days before the shooting date.
* Normally, a road permit will be issued within 2 days from the date of application.
Regarding flying and filming with drones (small unmanned aircraft, etc.)
Riviera Zushi Marina is located above a densely populated area.
If you wish to take photographs on the Riviera Zushi Marina premises from within the venue or nearby, please contact us in advance and apply using the details below.

- Even if the photographer operates outside the premises, if the photographer shoots without permission, it is an infringement of the ownership of the land.
- Since the area above the Riviera Zushi Marina requires a flight permit specified by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, prior online application from the Drone Information Infrastructure System (DIPS) is required under the Aviation Law.
- When shooting a drone, it is quite possible that you will fly over public roads.In that case, it is necessary to apply for a road permit to the Zushi Police Station Traffic Division and contact the Zushi Film Commission Secretariat in the same way as for normal shooting.
Points to note
- Please comply with the photography guidelines and be responsible for any personal or property damage that occurs while using the facility.
・Please refrain from using or moving any property within the facility without permission.
- For general customers, please be considerate and avoid capturing apartment buildings in your photos.
- Please eat, drink, smoke, change clothes or apply makeup in the designated waiting room or in your own vehicle.
・Please dispose of any trash generated during filming by yourself. Also, please be careful of sources of fire, such as cigarettes.
・Please refrain from any behavior that may cause inconvenience to the public (noise, road closures, etc.).
・Photography that may damage the image of our facility or harm public morals is prohibited.
・If the name of the facility is to be shown, please send us the data (video or still image caption + text) for confirmation before broadcasting or publishing.
- Please use the official name "Riviera Zushi Marina" when displaying the information.
