Party planning
We will select a venue after asking you in detail about your wishes, budget, number of people, purpose of the event, etc. We will then plan the overall production and progress.
Directing and arranging dishes
Arrange the menu, desserts, and ingredients to be used according to your preference. You can also meet with the chef directly.
Suggestions for entertainment and directing
We can propose productions to suit your needs, such as floral arrangements, sound and lighting, dessert buffets, etc. Please feel free to consult us about arranging entertainment as well.
Proposals for utilizing venue facilities
We propose a production that takes advantage of the venue, such as a garden, a terrace, an open kitchen, and live broadcasting using a monitor.
Surprise proposal
Please feel free to consult us about planning special celebrations, birthday cakes and gifts, cruises, and other surprises that will remain secret from attendees.
Meeting to discuss progress
We will discuss every detail of the day's proceedings, including the production and entertainment, sound, lighting, and the timing of serving food.

We will have a meeting with the relevant staff on the day.We will also ask about your wishes regarding performances and arrangements.

When you didn't tell about the cancellation on the day
On the day of your banquet, meeting, or party, our staff will support you to ensure your satisfaction.
■Changing room
We have changing rooms (for men and women) equipped with lockers (with keys and free of charge) available at Riviera Square.
■Cloakroom
The cloakroom in Riviera Square can store not only coats but also large items such as suitcases.
■Breastfeeding
We do not have a dedicated nursing room, but we may be able to provide a nursing space, so please ask a member of staff.
■Wheelchair and stroller rental
Wheelchairs and strollers are available free of charge.However, as the number of units is limited, please make a reservation in advance.
■Shipment of package
We handle parcel deliveries at the cloakroom in Riviera Square, so please feel free to ask. (Charges apply)
■Luggage storage
Any items left behind at the venue will be kept at the Bridal Salon in Riviera Square. Items will be kept for three months. However, please note that lost items such as cash and valuables will be reported to the nearest police station two days after they were found.
Can I have a preview?
Dedicated staff will provide guidance on how to use the venue.
Is there a cancellation fee?
A cancellation fee will be charged if the date is less than 31st. Please contact the event planner for details.
Is it possible to send my luggage in advance?
You can send it to us.Space is limited, so please contact us in advance regarding size and quantity.
Is there a parking lot?
We have a parking lot that can accommodate 120 cars. Discounts are available depending on your usage, so please contact us in advance.
Can you ask for a layout?
We will create a layout that suits your needs.
Payment method?
Payment can be made in advance by bank transfer, or on the day by cash or credit card.
