★How to make a reservation

1. Reservations are accepted by phone. Please prepare the following details in advance as we will need to confirm them.
● Preferred date and time
*Please provide a second choice in order to ensure smooth guidance.
Number of people
● Your desired menu plan and free drink plan
● Party use
●Whether or not to have a dessert plate

2. After confirming your reservation details over the phone, please fill out the <Final Reservation Confirmation Form> below.
*This form will confirm your reservation, and we will charge approximately 50% of the application amount (tax included) for each meal plan as a minimum guaranteed fee.
*This form is for customers whose reservations have been made over the phone.

3. Once you have submitted the above form, your party plan reservation will be confirmed.

7 business days 50%, 3 business days 70%, 1 business day 100%
*Please note that we are closed on Wednesdays

【Important Notes:】
・If you wish to cancel for personal reasons after submitting your reservation using the <Final Reservation Confirmation Form>, please be sure to contact Malibu Farm Zushi Marina (0467-23-0087).
・If you cancel before 8 business days, we will refund the minimum guaranteed fee you paid in advance, minus the payment fee. Thank you for your understanding.
・If we decide to suspend operations due to unavoidable circumstances (such as natural disasters or social conditions), we will refund all fees excluding payment fees.
