Once your reservation details have been confirmed over the phone, please fill out the "Final Reservation Confirmation Form" below.
*This form will confirm your reservation, and we will require you to pay approximately 50% of the minimum guaranteed fee (tax included) for each course for the number of people in your group in advance.

Once you submit the form above, your reservation for the terrace plan will be confirmed.
*If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please contact the store (0467-25-0480).
*Please note that if you cancel within two business days, we will refund the minimum guaranteed fee you prepaid, minus the transaction fee.
*If we decide to suspend operations due to unavoidable circumstances (such as natural disasters or social conditions), we will refund all fees excluding payment fees.
Points to note
Regarding bringing pet dogs and in case of rain or bad weather
・The terrace seats are outdoors, so we may not be able to accommodate you in bad weather such as rain or strong winds.
Therefore, please check the weather forecast, make your own decision, and contact us by 17:00 PM the day before (17:00 PM on Monday if your reservation date is on a Wednesday).
・If you cancel after 17:00 PM the day before or on the day of your reservation, a cancellation fee may be charged regardless of the weather. Please be aware of this before making your reservation.
・We only accept pet dogs on the terrace seats. Please refrain from bringing pets inside the restaurant for hygiene reasons.
・If terrace seating is unavailable due to rain or bad weather, we will guide you to indoor seating, but please refrain from bringing your pet dog inside the restaurant. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please leave your pet dog in a safe place (at home, in your car, etc.) before using the restaurant.
