A special Moomin-themed room, the "Moomin Special Room," is available at both MALIBU HOTEL and SPACE KEY POINT, with only one room available per day. The room is decorated to welcome guests with art and items featuring characters from Moomin Valley, and comes with limited Moomin merchandise that can only be purchased at Riviera Zushi Marina. Enjoy an extraordinary moment while reminiscing about the Riviera, the resort where the Moomins spent their time.
MALIBU HOTEL
Malibu Hotel, based on the concept of "luxurious time to do nothing," has only 11 rooms. All suites are over 50m² in size, and offer panoramic views of the marina, with Mount Fuji and Enoshima across the water. This small luxury hotel is popular with guests who are experts on resorts both in Japan and abroad.
It can also be used as a dog-friendly room where you can spend time with your beloved dog.

The menu is inspired by a scene from the comic "Fun Vacation on the Southern Seas," in which the Moomins spend time at the coveted resort of "Riviera," and the Moomins' mental landscape, expressed through delicate flavors and visuals.
Ristorante AO Zushi Marina
This modern Italian restaurant offers ocean views from every seat, overlooking Mount Fuji and Enoshima. Based on the concept of "tasting the season," it serves dishes made with locally sourced ingredients, such as fresh seafood from Sagami Bay and rare Hayama beef, making it a popular restaurant for resort lunches and dinners and anniversaries.

This is the first Japanese restaurant for MALIBU FARM, a celebrity-favorite restaurant with six locations across the US, including its flagship restaurant in Malibu Beach, Los Angeles. Based on the concept of "Fresh, Local, Organic," the restaurant serves Southern California cuisine using local ingredients, including vegetables recycled in Shonan, which has been a focus of the Riviera Zushi Marina for over 6 years.
