About reservation and accommodation

How far in advance can I make a reservation?

Reservations are accepted up to 6 months in advance, except for special seasons.

Can I make a same-day reservation?

You can make a reservation by phone or from our website.
Please note that we may already be fully booked on the day of your reservation, so please be sure to check availability in advance by phone or online before making your reservation.

Does the price vary depending on the number of guests?

it's different. If 3 people are staying, an extra bed will be provided, so an additional charge of 12,100 yen (tax and service charge included) will be incurred.In addition, it is free of charge for preschoolers who sleep with their parents.Please confirm the detailed price from the accommodation reservation.

Do you have an extra bed?

We will prepare it for 1 yen (tax and service charge included) per unit.
As the number is limited, please contact us as soon as possible.

Do you have a handicap room?

Unfortunately, we do not have it.

Do you have a connecting room?

There is no connecting room available.

Can you smoke?

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, etc. in the guest room (including the terrace) and smoking of cigarette butts in the room are prohibited. For smoking, please use the designated smoking space outside the hotel.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 15 and check-out is at 11 hours.
We may set different times for accommodation packages.
Please contact us for early check-in and late check-out.

Do you accept waitlists?

Unfortunately, we do not accept it, so please check the availability on our website.

Can I pay with a card? What cards can I use?

You can also pay with a card.
We accept VISA, Master, JCB, American Express, and UnionPay.

Please tell me more about pet accommodation.

Only four rooms, the Private Villa and the Aqua Suite, allow guests to stay with their pet dogs. Up to two small dogs weighing less than 10 kg are allowed, and the fee is 6,050 yen per night (tax and service charge included). Dog-friendly rooms are equipped with dog towels, cages, toilet sheets, cushions, litter boxes, and dog dishes. Dog food and treats are also provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Regarding restaurants, Ristorante AO Zushi Marina and Malibu Farm Zushi Marina allow dogs to dine at outdoor terrace seats. (We may stop using the terrace seats due to the weather. In that case, we will refuse to accompany you into the store.)

Is there a parking lot?

We have an outdoor parking space exclusively for the hotel.
Please note that we will guide you to the Zushi Marina parking lot when the car is full. (free)

Is there a cancellation fee for accommodation reservations?

Up to 8 days before your stay ... Free

Not in our hotel. Please use a convenience store located about 5 minutes by car.

What is Hollywood Twin Type?

It is a type that connects two beds.By combining both beds, the width becomes 2 cm, and you can take a rest.If you wish, you can separate the beds and use them as two.

Do you have a kitchen?

Unfortunately, we do not have it.

Do you have room service?

Open from 17:00 PM to 19:30 PM. Enjoy dishes made with fresh local ingredients, prepared at each restaurant within Riviera Zushi Marina.

What time is breakfast?

Guests can enjoy at Malibu Farm Zushi Marina from 8:00 to 9:30.

Do you have a business center or fitness center?

Unfortunately, we do not have it.
Copies and faxes are available at the reception.

Can I send my luggage by courier in advance?

Please fill in the name of the person making the reservation, the name of the person sending the luggage, and the check-in date, and send it to the address below. We will keep it safe until you arrive.

What are the restaurant hours?

Malibu Farm Zushi Marina is open from 11:30 to 19:00 or 20:00 (last orders 30 minutes before closing).
Ristorante AO Zushi Marina is open from 11:30 to 21:00 (last entry 19:15).

What are the precautions when using the restaurant?

Room wear, slippers, and swimwear provided in the guest rooms are not allowed outside the guest rooms.
Also, please refrain from exposing tattoos and tattoos.

Can you produce a celebration?

We will coordinate according to your wishes, such as arranging cakes and bouquets.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out?
