To ensure that all visitors to Riviera Zushi Marina have a pleasant stay, please observe the following rules.

■ Refusal / prohibited acts

No one other than the person concerned can enter the private land without permission.
Exclusion zone: All business stores such as restaurants, except roads

Traffic obstruction due to parking on the street has become a problem, and police cars are patrolling many times a day.Please park at the designated parking lot.

It is forbidden to enter the premises in swimwear.

  • Please refrain from loud car stereos, idling, emptying, door opening and closing sounds, and loud voices at night in the hall.Also, please refrain from staying in the car.
  • Please drive slowly in the hall for safety.
  • If you are traveling with a pet, be sure to wear a reed.Also, be sure to keep the lead short as long leads are dangerous.In the unlikely event that a problem occurs inside the venue, the parties will be responsible for dealing with it.

Unauthorized photography on the road in the Riviera Zushi Marina is prohibited by the Road Traffic Act.
For shooting, please contact the following in advance and apply.
① Application for permission to the Riviera
* We may decline depending on the shooting location, shooting content, and the situation on the day.
② Apply for a road permit to the Zushi Police Department Traffic Division
③ Contact the Zushi Film Commission Secretariat
Depending on the content, it may be necessary to apply for a road occupancy permit to Zushi City at least 20 days before the shooting date.
* Normally, a road permit will be issued within 2 days from the date of application.

| About unauthorized photography

We do not permit unauthorized photography for commercial purposes, such as product introductions or portrait photography.
If you wish to take photographs within the Riviera Zushi Marina premises from nearby locations, such as using a drone, please apply in advance to the address below.
* All outdoor areas (terrace spaces such as restaurants, lawn areas, poolsides, yacht harbors, condominiums, tennis courts, parking lots, etc.) are eligible, including inside the building.

| About flying and shooting with drones (small unmanned aerial vehicles, etc.)

Riviera Zushi Marina is above the densely populated area.Please contact the following in advance to apply for photography on the Riviera Zushi Marina site from or near the venue.

  • Even if the photographer operates outside the premises, if the photographer shoots without permission, it is an infringement of the ownership of the land.
  • Since the area above the Riviera Zushi Marina requires a flight permit specified by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, prior online application from the Drone Information Infrastructure System (DIPS) is required under the Aviation Law.
  • When shooting a drone, it is quite possible that you will fly over public roads.In that case, it is necessary to apply for a road permit to the Zushi Police Station Traffic Division and contact the Zushi Film Commission Secretariat in the same way as for normal shooting.

*The same fee will be charged when the drone flies over the Riviera Zushi Marina premises.

| Requests when taking photos

To protect the privacy of our guests, please be careful not to point your camera at Malibu hotels or resort apartments.
Additionally, it is prohibited to climb onto the embankment. Even if permission to use the road is granted, you cannot film scenes on the embankment due to safety reasons.

| Information on shooting charges

When filming for commercial purposes within Riviera Zushi Marina, a set fee will be charged in accordance with the facility's regulations.
