Is it possible to cancel a reservation?
We will accept your request until 12:00 on Saturday, December 6th, 2025, but the refund amount will be exclusive of the system fee.
After that time, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged and no refunds will be given.
Is there a parking service?
We will hand out service tickets at the reception, so please let us know.
Can I use a point card?
Due to the application system, various point cards cannot be used at this event.
