A special event will be held at the private counter dining area "Marina Chef's Room", welcoming Nobuyuki Akishige, owner and chef of the famous Parisian restaurant "Automne".
On this special day, Chef Akiju will present Automne's beloved full course meal to everyone in Japan as a one-day-only special menu incorporating seasonal ingredients from Shonan.
In addition, we will deliver the local Automne style of pairing each dish with wine. You can enjoy a full course meal with pairing wines carefully selected by Chef Akishige and the local Automne sommelier.
Owner chef Nobuyuki Akishige trained in various parts of France and opened "Automne" in Paris in 2017. In 2019, the restaurant was awarded one Michelin star.
This is a rare opportunity to experience the essence of "Automne," which continues to fascinate Parisian gourmets, without having to go to Paris. In addition, you can enjoy a blissful moment to your heart's content in the special space of the Riviera Zushi Marina, where you can enjoy a special menu for this day only, using fresh ingredients from Shonan, paired with wine and have Chef Akiju all to yourself.

Profile of Nobuyuki Akishige
Originally from Fukuoka Prefecture. After graduating from university, he worked at a local French restaurant before moving to France in 2006. He obtained a visa at a bistro in Lyon and worked under Patrick Henriroux at the two-star La Pyramide in Vienne. After working in Bordeaux and Paris, he studied under Arnaud Donquer, who also holds a three-star rating in Paris, at the three-star La Vagued`or in Saint-Tropez, before moving to Alsace. In October 2017, he opened his own restaurant, Automne, in the 10th arrondissement of Paris. It was awarded one Michelin star in 11. His cuisine, which brings out the best in seasonal ingredients, is loved by locals and is celebrating its eighth year this year.
