How to apply
- Please fill out the "Riviera Seabornia Marina Filming Application Form" and submit it in advance, along with a proposal or other documents that explain the content, at least four days before the shoot.
- In the case of filming for TV or movies, please submit documents showing the contents of the project, such as a proposal, script, storyboard, etc., together with the "Riviera Sibonia Marina Filming Application Form" by one week of filming.
Shooting area
- It is a place within the facility and building that is deemed appropriate by the Company without any obstacles to security and traffic.
Shooting date and time
- Shooting hours are from 10:00 to 18:00 on business days. However, if you would like to shoot early in the morning or at night, please contact us separately.
- Photography inside the store and near the store entrance is outside business hours.
Shooting procedure
- The person in charge of filming must receive a filming permission armband at the management office, and all people involved in filming must wear the armband while working. After filming is complete, please return it to our staff.
- Our representative will be present at the shooting, please follow the instructions of the representative.
- Please go to the management office to obtain a vehicle permit and park your vehicle at the designated location in the parking lot.
- Please send the magazine and the completed work.
Points to note
- Please take photos so that the names of ships, apartments, and other personal and group properties are not visible. If a ship is reflected in the image, we ask that you edit the image by removing the ship name.
- Please eat, drink, smoke, change clothes and make up in the designated waiting room or carry-on vehicle.
- Please handle any trash generated during shooting. Also, be careful of cigarettes and other sources of fire.
- Please do not disturb the public (noise, closed traffic, etc.).
- Please refrain from using or moving objects in the facility without permission.
- We do not take photographs that damage the image of the facility and harm the customs.
- If you cannot adhere to the details, you may be required to stop shooting immediately.
- When listing the facility name at the time of exposure, please be sure to write the official name "Riviera Seabornia Marina" and have it confirmed by Riviera before exposure.
