Location shooting

[Photo-taking permitted areas]

・A place within the facility or building that does not interfere with security or ship operation and that is deemed appropriate by the management office.
・Please refrain from taking photos that identify ships and people in the harbor and publish them.
・Please contact us in advance if you plan to film using a drone or rails.
　*You may be asked to submit necessary documents, and your application may not be accepted.
・In principle, entry into the harbor is prohibited.
　*For more details, please see the "Photo-taking Area Map" below.

[Shooting time]

・8:30～17:00まで（5･6月の土日祝、7･8月は8:00～18:00まで）です。
・Please contact us in advance if you wish to take photographs outside of reception hours. You will also need to submit the "【4】Shonan Port Out-of-Hours Entry Notification."
・Please check the closing time before using the parking lot.
・Each application form (notification) can be downloaded from the “Application Form Download” section of this website.

[If you make a separate reservation for a conference room, etc.]

・Please pay at the front desk before use. If you are using the facility outside of opening hours, please complete the payment procedure during front desk opening hours.
・If the photo shoot date and time is changed or canceled, please contact the front desk. Please refrain from canceling on the day.

【Documents to be submitted】

1. "[15] Shonan Port Temporary Use Notification (Photography)" specifying the necessary items
2. Documents that show the content of the shoot, such as proposals

・Be sure to include your contact information (mobile phone number) as we may need to confirm the contents.
・Please be sure to contact us if you need to change the date and time of the shoot or cancel the shoot.
・Please contact the management office after shooting.
