About visitor use

Please complete port entry procedures at the administration office before entering the gate.
When you enter the gate, you will be given a "port entry permit." Please put it on the dashboard of the car where you can see it from the outside.
Once you have completed the check-in process, enter the gate, park your car in the spot designated by the staff, prepare the boat, and load and unload your luggage.
*When driving within the facility, please drive slowly (at pedestrian speed). We appreciate your cooperation in driving safely.

Once you are ready, please move your car to the parking lot immediately.
If you have a trailer, please move your car into the parking lot.
*Trailers may not be recognized by the parking lot sensors and may damage the bar. If the bar is damaged, you will be required to pay compensation.

Please complete the application process at the front desk. (If you are leaving the boat, please also submit a "Departure Report.")

Be sure to wear a life jacket when leaving the boat and operate safely.
*When boarding a small boat, you are required to wear a life jacket (with a cherry blossom mark) that complies with national safety standards.
*Life jackets are available for rental at the front desk (fees apply).

Please report your return as soon as possible after returning to the port.

Just as when entering the port, please drive your car into the gate and load onto the ship at the designated location.
Please return your "Port Entry Permit" to a member of staff before leaving.
