5. If you move a chair or desk, put it back in its original position.
6. Use the meeting room (including chairs and desks) neatly, and clean it yourself if it gets dirty.Also, take all rubbish home with you.
7. Please report to the front desk in advance about posters on the wall.Be sure to remove it after use and do not stain the wall surface.Also, do not drive nails into it.
8. Do not engage in activities that may stain the room (calligraphy, haircuts, etc.).
9. Do not bring in dangerous items (including gasoline, etc.) or items that emit odors.
10. Do not use fire.Also, do not use special equipment. *c
11. Please notify the front desk in advance if you plan to use appliances that consume a lot of power, such as hot plates and water heaters.Also, do not use more than 2,000W of electricity in one room.
12. All indoor and outdoor facilities are non-smoking, so please do not smoke outside the designated areas.
13.Do not cause trouble to others by making loud noises, yelling, or using violence.
